Stay With Us
For 6 Nights
And
Your 7th Night Is Free
A deposit equal to one night's rental is required and must
be
received within 7 days of the date of your reservation
request
to hold the reservation for you.
A
personal check will be accepted for your deposit provided
it
is received 10 days or more prior to your arrival date.
Balance
is due upon arrival payable with cash, Mastercard,
Visa,
Discover, or American Express.
Check-In
is 3 PM to 6 PM - If you need to arrive later, please
phone
ahead to make arrangements.
Check-Out
is 11 AM
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation's occurring 30 days or more prior to your
arrival forfeit a 10% cancellation fee plus sales tax.
Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival forfeit entire deposit.
You
may reschedule once (subject to availability), and not
lose
your deposit.
No
refunds due to weather or change of plans.

- NO PETS
Please
do not abuse appliances, furnishings, hot tubs, or
hot
tub covers. You are responsible for all damages and
extra
cleaning costs.
Rental
rates are based upon a specific number of people
for
each cabin. You will be charged for extra guests as
specified
in the rate schedules.
Rental
rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Rental
rates are subject to state & local taxes - 12.5%
Cleaning
Fees Are In Addition To The Rate
Schedule Specified For Each Cabin
We
reserve the right to require a 3 or 4 nights stay
in July & October and Special Events and Holidays
